Free trial
A free trial lets you make sure the Service suits you before paying, with nothing owed during it.
Monthly plans
A month that has started is not refunded. You can stop renewal at any time, and your store runs until the end of the paid month.
Yearly plans
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of payment; we refund the amount minus the months started, charged at the monthly price.
Outages on our side
If the Service is down because of us for more than 24 hours in a row, we credit you at least the same time for free.
Not refunded
We do not refund because of provider host failures, poor streams or blocked hosts, or when a store is suspended for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy.
