How to report
Email lumoplayer.support@gmail.com with the subject "Copyright complaint", including:
- Your name, whether you are the rights holder or act for them, and your contact details.
- A description of the protected content and proof that you own it.
- What identifies the store: its code or name as shown in the app, with screenshots if possible.
- A statement that the information is accurate and the use is not authorised.
What we do
We review the complaint and tell the merchant concerned, suspend the store or offending hosts when the breach is confirmed, and end the stores of repeat offenders.
