Lumo Player is a media player. It is meant to be used only with licensed content, and this policy applies to every store.
You must
- Use hosts and content that you or your provider have the right to distribute in the countries where your subscribers are.
- Follow local consumer protection, privacy and advertising laws.
- Answer and support your subscribers about their subscriptions.
You must not
- Offer pirated or unlicensed content, or promote the Service as a source of channels or content.
- Offer any content that exploits children, incites violence or hatred, or is otherwise unlawful.
- Use the Lumo Player name or logo in a way that suggests we sell or provide content.
- Try to break into the Service, reach other stores’ data, or use host checks for any other purpose.
Enforcement
We may remove offending hosts, or suspend or end the store without refund, depending on how serious the breach is. To report a breach, see Copyright complaints.
