Automatic failover

Host checks every 5 minutes
Each host is checked with a login from its provider. A failing host is taken out automatically, comes back by itself once it works, and is deleted after 3 days out.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell channels or subscriptions?
No. Lumo Player is a media player and a management panel only, with no channels or movies of its own. Content comes from the provider you work with, and it must be licensed.
What do I need to start?
Host links from your provider, and one subscriber login per provider so the system can check that the hosts work. We set up the rest.
How do my customers get the app?
They install Lumo Player, enter your store code once, then sign in with the username and password of their subscription. From then on they see your store, in your colors and name.
What happens when a host fails?
The app moves to the next backup link of the same provider automatically. Regular checks take the failing link out and put it back once it works.
Can another merchant see my hosts or subscribers?
No. Every store is fully isolated: its hosts, subscribers and reports never show in any other store, and hosts are stored encrypted and never shown to subscribers.
Can I use my own name and colors?
Yes. Your store name, colors, logo, welcome message and support contacts appear in the app as soon as a subscriber enters your store code.
How do updates reach my subscribers?
We publish updates ourselves, and subscribers get a notice in the app to update in one tap. You never have to send a file.
How do I pay?
