1. Who we are and what we provide
Lumo Player ("we") provides merchants and resellers ("you") with a media player app for their subscribers and a panel to run their store (the "Service"). The Service includes no channels, movies, series or content links, and we sell no content.
2. Your account and store
- We open a store for you with its own code and a merchant panel account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secret and for everything done through your account and your team’s accounts.
- We recommend turning on two-step sign-in, and you must tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
- The details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Content and your responsibility
- You alone are responsible for the content that reaches your subscribers through the hosts you add, and you confirm that you or your provider hold every licence and right needed to offer it in the countries where you operate.
- You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or end any store that breaks it or that is the subject of a substantiated rights complaint.
- You are responsible for your relationship with your subscribers and your provider, including prices, support and refunds.
4. Plans and payment
- Your plan sets the most devices, host links and panel accounts. At the device limit, current devices keep working and no new devices are added until you upgrade.
- Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly. If you do not renew, the store is suspended; we keep its data for 30 days and may delete it after that.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; a change never applies to a period already paid.
- Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
5. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and secure; it may occasionally stop for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee your provider’s hosts or their stream quality, which are outside our control.
6. Prohibited use of the Service
You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service as a platform, try to reach other stores’ data, disrupt or overload the Service, or use it in any unlawful way.
7. Intellectual property
The app, the panel, their design and the Lumo Player name are ours. Your brand and data remain yours, and you allow us to use them as far as needed to provide the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability never exceeds what you paid us in the three months before the claim. You are responsible for any third-party claim arising from the content you offer.
9. Termination
You may end your subscription at any time by telling us. We may suspend or end your store if you break these terms, with notice where possible.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will say so on this page or in the merchant panel. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept it. Contact: lumoplayer.support@gmail.com.
